we’ll keep your central heating system, hot water supply
and gas appliances in safe working order and help you comply
with your legal responsibilities under the Gas Safety Regulations.
*Please
note we can only accept claims from the landlord not
the tenant and if the claim relates to boiler breakdown we will
require a copy of a valid gas safety certificateand the boiler
is not older than 10 years of age before the claim can proceed.
